The Ark in Pegram has a wishlist to help fill its Christmas meal boxes.
If you are interested in helping out, these are the items they are asking for:
Diced tomatoes;
Non-green veggies;
Breakfast items;
Small-sized coffee;
Teas; and
Hot chocolate.
The Ark is operating at its normal hours – every Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. – until December 22nd, after which they will be closed for the holidays. The Ark is located at 710 Highway 70.
Ark Director, Mike Turpin, said the organization is always looking for volunteers to help assemble the boxes and deliver them. If you are interested in getting involved, or have any further questions about donations, please contact The Ark during operating hours at 615-457-1931.
"We appreciate all the support in helping Cheatham County residents stay afloat," the non-profit wrote on Facebook.
