The Cheatham County School District (CCSD) welcomed first through ninth grade students back to campus on Wednesday, Aug. 7.
In what has become an annual tradition, Kingston Springs Elementary School (KSES) rolled out the red carpet for its new and returning Cardinals, while the Harpeth High School (HHS) cheerleaders and football players lined the sidewalk to give them high fives and words of encouragement.
A group of HHS cheerleaders and football players also met the Pegram Blue Jays as they strutted into their first day of the 2024-2025 school year.
The class of 2028 had their first day at HHS, allowing them to explore the halls and reunite with their friends alone. The remaining HHS students attended their first day on Thursday, Aug. 8.
