County honors women in the military this Veterans Day

A Veterans Day ceremony was held on Saturday, Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. at the Cheatham County Veterans Memorial Park in Ashland City.

The ceremony was especially set to honor women in the military. This particular day marked the thirtieth anniversary of the dedication of the Vietnam Women’s Memorial in Washington, D.C.
